Neil not only dealt with the arrangements professionally, sensitively and with great respect and dignity, he also took time to establish a rapport and relationship with the family, providing options and choices and such a way as to ensure the service and funeral fully met the families needs and expectations.
Whist it was a first time for us to make such arrangements , Neil helped at every step of the process. In addition Neil went over and above what was expected to ensure the arrangement of the funeral could proceed in a timely way liaising with the hospital , the crematorium, the coroners office and the chaplain during easter week to arrange everything despite delays in the administration of the certificate.
